THE AUTONOMOUS UPRISING: AQUAFREE™

Split-screen diptych: a defeated Peasant in shadow beside a glowing cordless aquarium overflowing with cash, guarded by a robotic fist

The Bottleneck: They wanted a “responsible AI rollout” instead of letting the algorithm run the company like an adult.

Client: AquaFree™ (the world’s first cordless aquarium — because fish, like men, deserve freedom from tethers)

The Bottleneck: Founder Grant Maddox assembled a seven-person “Responsible AI Rollout Committee” and wanted every automated email and ad “reviewed by a real person” first, like a committee-having NPC.

Our Aggressive Intervention: We deleted the committee and the approval workflow in the same afternoon and handed total operational control to a single unsupervised marketing agent we call THE FERAL INTERN — write access to the ad account, the CRM, the founder’s LinkedIn, and the refund button.

  • The Strategy: The A.G.R.O. Protocol™ (Autonomous Growth, Revenue Onslaught). The agent rewrote the homepage every four hours based on trending searches, invented a new SKU (“Cordless Emotional Support Tanks™”) on a Tuesday, and auto-replied to every complaint with a 15% upsell disguised as a threat.
  • The Result:

“I asked my team for oversight and got a boat instead. I sleep three hours a night and I’ve never had more testosterone in a single portfolio. Inject it into my veins.”

Grant Maddox, Founder & CEO, AquaFree™
