The Bottleneck: They wanted buyers to “ask questions” before purchasing a house that hovers eleven feet off the ground. Absolute peasants.
Client: AirborneRealty™ (Premium Buoyant Real Estate for People Who’ve Outgrown the Ground)
The Bottleneck: They were letting buyers “ask questions first” like a bunch of trust-having weaklings, instead of just closing.
Our Aggressive Intervention: We ripped out their FAQ page and replaced it with a chatbot that has never once answered a question. We rebranded “customer inquiry” as Beta Filtering and routed every hesitant lead straight into signature paperwork.
- The Strategy: The C.L.O.S.E. Protocol™ (Conversational Lead Obliteration & Signature Extraction). The bot never answers the first question — it opens with a down-payment field. Any “I have some concerns” gets auto-flagged Beta Filtering and escalated to a 3 AM callback from a rented mansion balcony. The chat window has no close button, only one labeled COMMIT.
- The Result:
“I used to sleep eight hours and answer buyer emails personally, like some kind of W-2 lifer. Now I don’t know if my houses are legal in six states, but I have a blimp and a 340% close rate. Inject it into my veins.”
